Terms of Use

You may use PRIKET only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use PRIKET for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

You must use PRIKET lawfully and follow any additional instructions shown within a specific feature or transaction flow.

PRIKET provides tools for people to publish advertisements, discover listings, view seller profiles and communicate about marketplace items. Buyers and sellers decide whether to enter a transaction and are responsible for their agreement.

Unless PRIKET expressly states otherwise for a particular service, PRIKET does not own the listed item, set the seller's terms, inspect the item or act as the buyer or seller.

You may list only items or services that you have the right to offer. Titles, descriptions, prices, photos, categories, conditions and locations must be accurate and must not mislead other users.

You must not use PRIKET to:

• Offer stolen, counterfeit, unlawful, unsafe or prohibited items or services.
• Commit fraud, misrepresent identity, manipulate ratings or publish deceptive prices or availability.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit another person.
• Send spam, malicious code or automated requests that interfere with PRIKET or collect data without permission.
• Bypass security, moderation, payment or account restrictions.

Buyers should review the listing, ask questions and inspect an item before completing a deal. Sellers must disclose material defects and honour the terms they agree with a buyer.

Keep important details in the PRIKET conversation, use safe public meeting places where appropriate and do not send direct advance payments for an item you have not verified.

Each user is responsible for complying with taxes, licences, delivery obligations and other laws that apply to their transaction.

PRIKET Protected Payment is optional and is available only where the feature is enabled and a seller is eligible to offer it. The transaction screen shows the relevant amount, status and actions.

A Protected Payment follows the confirmation, processing, shipping, receipt and release steps shown in PRIKET. Users must not claim that an item was shipped, delivered or received when that is untrue.

A buyer or seller may report an eligible transaction problem through the transaction's dispute flow. Opening a dispute freezes the payment while PRIKET reviews the parties' explanations and evidence. A resolution may release funds, refund the buyer, provide a partial refund or otherwise close the transaction as supported by the existing process.

PRIKET may offer optional Boost plans or other paid features. Availability, price, duration and placement benefits are those displayed before purchase and may vary by ad, category or available capacity.

A Boost adds ranking strength only within relevant results where the ad already belongs. It does not guarantee homepage placement, enquiries or a completed sale. The Boost period starts only after payment is confirmed and ends at the stated time.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PRIKET a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure and promote the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, legal compliance, safety, disputes or transaction records.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to your photos, descriptions and other content. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be purchased, manipulated or used for harassment.

PRIKET may review, restrict, reject, suspend or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate suspected fraud, respond to reports or comply with law.

Moderation tools may not identify every problem. The presence of a listing, seller badge, review or account does not amount to a guarantee by PRIKET.

Creating a standard listing is currently free. Optional payment or promotional services may carry charges. Any applicable price or platform fee will be displayed in the relevant flow before you confirm it.

Cancellation and refund outcomes depend on the service, its status and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, remedy or consumer right that the law requires PRIKET or another party to provide.

PRIKET works to provide a reliable service, but features may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, changed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.

PRIKET does not guarantee a user's identity, the truth of every listing, item quality, availability, delivery or that a transaction will be completed. Users must make their own reasonable checks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other obligations that applicable law does not permit a party to exclude.

You may stop using PRIKET and may request account deletion through the available profile controls. PRIKET may suspend or close an account in accordance with these Terms.

Information may be retained after account closure where reasonably required for completed transactions, payment records, disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backups or the rights of other users.

PRIKET may update these Terms when the service, law or business practices change. The revised page will show its effective date. Where a change is material, PRIKET will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel.

Your continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a revision, you should stop using the affected service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nigeria may hear disputes relating to these Terms, subject to any rights or procedures that applicable law requires.

Before starting formal proceedings against PRIKET, please contact support with enough information for the issue to be reviewed. This does not prevent you from approaching a regulator or exercising any legal right available to you.
